I think a levee that acts exactly the same as 3 normal levees ought to cost exactly 3 times as much.
Cause they're so dam good.
wooden levees that overhang an edge can be placed when there is something built in the hole {dynamite in this case}, where as the metal levees that overhang an edge cannot be placed in the same location. -- no errors, just cannot place the metal levee whereas you can place the wooden one.
As it gets full water on the inside of a diagonal dam.
