Descripción
This is a mod called "Send Points", which introduces new diplomatic actions allowing players to send points to AI or other players, gaining their opinion and favors in return.

I believe not all players are solely focused on optimizing land grabs; this mod can assist you in better 'offshore balancing' and enhance interaction with other players in multiplayer games.

Note: The current version of AI does not utilize the new diplomatic actions introduced by this mod.

Yes, this is a localization error. Since it doesn't significantly impact gameplay, it hasn't been prioritized for a fix yet. Thanks for pointing it out!:cattiva:

Idk why but the AI receives 2x what I actually send. France for example got 200k manpower when I sent 100k.
