the install guide is put this mod & the shared assets in your black mesa>custom folder and then it works and if it doesn't its because the game is haunted

It's not working, I installed all the necessary content completely, the old content has been completely removed and still, it doesn't work! The only thing I downloaded is the costume appearance change (when we haven't put it on yet, besides the costume, there's a helmet) I don't think this affected the animations as it only replaces the model and not the hands or interface. Last year I had a similar issue where it didn't display on the costume's loading screen. ...

it doesnt work even though it is on the custom folder both the shared assets and this mod, I also unsuscribed after moving them to the custom folder and still nothing
