Prisma's Reboot Van

(!) This mod doesn't work with any content mods on its own.
If you are a developer for a content mod, I have set up mod calls for you to add Reboot Van recharges to your own bosses, if you'd like to set that up, I'll be posting an example on my GitHub

This adds a Reboot Van which will generate in your world, allowing you to bring back fallen allies from the dead.

To refuel the van, you must defeat a new boss for the first time.

Note: When a player is dead, their character is temporarily set to Mediumcore until they're revived, this is intended behaviour to stop them from being deleted by the game.

Hopefully everything works smoothly with the mod for the most part, if there's any huge problems, let me know (I respond more in my discord) and I'll see what I can do.
