Drexxus, are you from outside the us? Maybe somewhere that uses commas as decimals and periods where we would use commas? 1.035mb is "One point zero three five megabytes" not "One thousand and thirty-five megabytes." The file size is effectively 1mb; the .035 is 35/1000 of one megabyte. Hope that clears up the confusion.
