Nebulous Radar Framework

Beskrivelse
This mod adds in a radar system similar to that of Nebulous Fleet Command. In order to use a radar, just place one down on a grid and sit down in it. In order to radar lock as well as use the jammer, use the toolbar actions.

Grid RCS is calculated via (LG blockcount * 0.05)^2*2.5+(SG blockcount * 0.05)^2*0.01+((Generated power in MW) * 0.5)^1.8

Radar detection mechanics are implemented from: http://nebfltcom.wikidot.com/mechanics:radar

Friendly grids displaying an antenna you can see directly are not shown by radar.

Commands:
- /rename <Track Number> <New Name>, renames the placeholder identifier of the desired track to the set name. Can have spaces.
- /changevolume <value greater than zero, in percent>, Sets target sighted/removed sound volume to the base times this amount / 100.

FAQ:
Does this work with weaponcore?
- No (according to sources, only the jammer is removed, and only removed if unsupported mode is enabled).
Will you make this fully compatible with weaponcore?
- No.

Hello, I don't know, what you have changed, but after changing it crashed everytime when I got close to my ship. After removing the radar mod, all working again.
