Releasable RP States

This is my first big mod and I’ve learned A LOT working on it. Originally this mod started off as just something personal so I could create my own scenarios but it then evolved into a big thing and none of this would be possible if it weren’t for the HOI4 modding community that has allowed me to learn so much.

CONTENT
American and Russian Warlord states have their own focus trees, decisions to reform America and Russia and unique leaders.
Most nations have their own unique leaders for each ideology and a handful of generals to pick from to keep those pesky generics away. If you look in the files in localisation you can see some cosmetic tags that can be applied via the console for scenario creation, like a republican Japan!

It should work with any mod because it doesn't change the map files or states, cores are applied via on_actions (As far as I know the mod is compatible with Road to 56)

Austria-Hungary has a focus tree with only 2 paths finished.

(For countries with no cores you'll have to use the console (set_owner while selecting a state) to get them in the game, I recommend using the ToolPack mod so you can transfer states, core states, and spawn in units or factories and such to make your own scenarios!)
