i dont know if it's just me, but i tried installing this mod only for it to not work even when installed and uninstalled
even verifying files doesnt work, i cant tell if it's just me, but if anyone knows a fix, do let me know, thanks!

definitely your problem then as this mod doesn't replace any sound whatsoever
