hold M long enough to do a long meow, or tap M quickly to do a short meow

this mod allows you to meow by the simple press of a button, featuring::::::::colon
- different meowing sounds for rivulet, gourmand, artificer, saint, and spearmaster (also inv too)
- rebindable meow button thru control settings (works with controllers)
- moon & pebbles have custom messages to you meowing
- meowing alerts other creatures (you can turn it off in settings!)
- rotund world support
- basic slugpup meow ai
- now also supports custom meow sounds!

Slugpup AI
- Pups will meow occasionally when hungry, the frequency of which depends on how hungry they are
- Pups will meow when in danger, or captured by a lizard
- Pups will meow when hit by blunt force, such as hitting them with a rock

Q: could you remove Improved Input Config and/or make binds part of the Remix menu instead?
A: i can't replace IIC because there's not really any alternative (rain world has no modding support for keybinds), if i made a custom bind system for PtM i would essentially just be recreating IIC with the same limitations and IIC already does the hard work for me xd
if someone makes a better alternative to IIC hit me up and i'll replace IIC asap lol

Q: is this mod allowed in rain world server challenges?
A: sadly no, PtM affects gameplay and isn't just a purely cosmetic mod

Q: controller binds are broken/non functional with PtM installed
A: im pretty sure this is an issue with IIC, idk why it only happens to some people (mod conflict maybe?) but i can't debug this since it doesn't happen to me

Q: is Rain Meadow mod support planned?
A: yeah! i'm trying to figure out the technical details of implementing it right now, but it's coming

Q: the mod is broken after the Watcher update, how do i fix it?
