ComeAndSee's Any Environment Thrusters

This mod removes atmospheric and space penalties for thrusters, allowing ion thrusters to work on Earth and atmospheric engines to operate in space at 100% effectiveness. This works on vanilla and modded thrusters.

Better Thrusters Series
Thrusters - Half Power Use
Thrusters - Half Fuel Use
Thrusters - 50% More Thrust

I very heavily second what GigaCars said, I just recently found this mod, and plan on using it for my realt ime survival playthrough, and like the idea of having Ion be the last step before Prototech, but having atmos work in space would negate the need to progress past atmos

the ions seem like a good idea

but atmospheric.. not so much

it's literally in the name, there atmosphere only, although the ions would be helpful(if a ship has 1 or more G of ions worth of upward force, then it would help quite a bit)
