Sejong City Ruleset

The ruleset changes the following values:
- Time speed (10%)
- Player effect on city growth (1%)
- Vehicle maintenance cost (1%)
- Depot repair speed (1000%)
- Depot repair capacity (1000%)
- Stop catchment area (250%)
- Vehicle capacity (180%)

To apply this ruleset, select it from the drop-down menu located at the bottom right of the sandbox window.
This ruleset can also be combined with other rulesets.
