L4D Enhanced: Dead Air - Mega Mobs Edition (Co-op + Versus)

Features: Main • The common infected limit is increased from 30 to 100 • Standard horde sizes increased from 10-30 to 100-120 common infected • Mega mob horde sizes increased from 50 to 200 common infected • Panic event horde sizes average between 100-200 common infected • Finale waves mob sizes increased from 20 to 100 • Average 600+ infected kills per level (team total) • Average 40+ special infected kills per level (team total) • Survivors will respawn in closets with their previous Tier 2 weapons (Co-op only) • Survivors can shove infected faster without penalty (to deal with high common limit) • Maximum of 8 Special Infected allowed to be spawned at once • Maximum of 4 dominator Special Infected during panic events • Special Infected respawn every 15 seconds • Special Infected respawn every 10 seconds during panic events • Car alarms now trigger endless onslaughts and will not shut off, you will have to fight to the saferoom if they are triggered Versus • Hundreds of new infected ladders throughout the campaign • A few dynamic map changes to allow more infected spawn positions • Ghost infected can move around faster • Player special infected can respawn faster 2025 • New visuals inspired by L4D1 and TRS atmosphere (download alternate visuals here) • Another big Versus mode update, even more accessible areas, new ambush spots and more infected ladders • Enhanced audio soundscapes (sort of - see changelog *) • Runway finale overhaul - more new holdout spots and balanced item spawns 2024 • Big Versus mode update, the campaign now has more accessible areas and properly supports the gamemode • A big expansion to the finale area on '5: Runway Finale' with new holdout areas and item spawns • Added a Gnome Chompski easter egg See the 'Change Notes' for the full list of changes since release.
