Audio Fix

Описание
Undoes the audio changes from 1.9.15 that cause sound issues for many users; like sounds cutting off too early or not playing at all. (music & threat themes are not affected)

Not everyone experienced these issues, but it was more common in modded games and got worse the longer the game was running.

NOTE:
As of the release of Watcher (v1.10.0) Audio will still ocasionally break without this mod.

Does this work in pre-watcher versions so i can use it with mods like reclaiming entropy or deluge that haven't been updated

playing solo, the audio bug is very much still present in 1.10.

Oh wait. False alarm the audio actually does still break for me when playing co-op. Welp, time to bring it all back
