Egyptian Hoplites aka KMT Hoplites

Adds a hoplite unit to the roster of Ptolemaic Dynasty called 'Egyptian Hoplites' inspired by Persian Hoplites of Armenia and Parthia. Both available for vanilla Grand Campaign and Imperator Avgvstvs Campaign. Players can hire the unit from Tier-2 barracks. Also makes Shield Bearers available for Egypt.

It is fairly strange that as a Diadochos aka Sussessor, Ptolemaic Egypt cannot hire any kind of hoplite unit in vanilla game. Though it could possibly be a design of historic accuracy because hoplites were phased out by Sarissa pike phalanxes and peltasts in 3rd Century BCE, while the other Hellenic factions have various kinds of hoplites in their rosters. So to mend my gaming experience, I restore the hoplite tradition for Ptolemaic Kingdom.
