It was 2032 when JSA announced that the experimental quadcopter UrB-302 "Foton" would be put into service after the field test. Performing outstanding mobility and was highly versatile with its high efficiency throttler, this electricity powered creature could carry up to two passengers and holds items of up to 40 kilograms. Not long after the continental war between the NSPO Federation and JSA, NSPO intelligence managed to capture a totally factory issue quadcopter. By reverse engineering it, they managed to copy out a counterpart to it, before putting into mass manufacture which is later known as Orion-13.
