The elite races were inside the main mods both now and in 1.4. It looks like they are going to be moved to separate mods, I don't know why. But for now, all EX mods are placeholders, with empty folders. If you want to know more - read WRelicK's guide about these races, and you'll know the difference between elite and normal races!

It adds a higher tier of the "Nearmare Race". I haven't played it yet, but it's probably a lot rarer and stronger. These pawns are significantly stronger than base game pawns.

Pardon the English comment but this seems like these EX mods are add-ons to the original? May I ask what's in it and why they just weren't added to the actual race mod?
