Given that you have a flak helmet though, I have added those missing values in an update just now. In keeping with it's theme, I have set these values as what I believe should be appropriate.
Comparing normal quality flak fibreglass, and steel helmets, the values appear as:
FIBREGLASS ( STEEL)
Sharp - 42% (63%)
Blunt - 42% (31.5%)
Heat - 14% (42%)
Insulation (cold) - 0.6c (0.5)
Basically fibreglass is mostly weaker than steel, except where blunt impact is concerned (due to it's flexibility) but suffers where heat is concerned. Still better than wood (for example, plate armour) though
