No Requirement Cells / Holding Cells

yeah this is an old af mod however currently it takes the ability for you to assign a prisoner a cell by hand

Doesn't appear to work any more. The cells and holding cells you build won't show a warning icon, and your prisoner capcity will count them, but guards will never move prisoners to any of your holding cells or cells - even ones that would be legal without this mod. (The intake policy "Fill to Capacity" will think you have a zero capacity, too.)

I'm certain it's this mod which is causing the problem. When I deactivated this single mod, the guards instantly started taking prisoners out of reception and putting them in cells. They previously hadn't ever moved even one prisoner!

GOOD now they can use the shower to use the toilet and i dont need no usless bench in holding cell I LUV DIS MOD (i wants to give tf2 item for hat :D)
