I didn't like how useless Gem Tech armor was, so now it can be used to make an accessory with the same benefits after defeating Noxus in Wrath of the Gods.

A small warning, Noxus is being reworked into the avatar of emptiness, which could break this mod or make the gem tech armor unbalanced.

I'll try to see what I can do for that!
I don't know much about mod configuration, but I was considering that as an idea when making this.

Could you possibly add an item (or an option) to keep the Set Bonus but not the Defense increase?
