I don't think this weapon needs much explanation to be honest

STATS:

-Damage->2000 (1 shots for vanilla APC, 2 for tanks)
-Loaded ammo->3 rockets

It's the real speed, although we can't mimmick how it truly works. When the rocket comes out it still doesn't have the engine on for a moment, so there it'd be slower. Then, after it's far from the launcher (for safety), the engine starts and gets to the speed where it fires here.
