Beskrivning

Use the Loading Screen Mod to reduce the file size impact - I expect the file size will be reduced from 500MB to around 30MB-40MB.

I have made these buildings with more detail and 4K textures so they will be ready for C:S2 in the future.
Each building has between 15K and 25K tris.

These are RICO Office.

You can change the color from white to whatever.

very huge, and with realistic population mod, the amount of people can reach 10,000! Quite impressive, but with realistic populations, can drain other businesses, so careful with huge buildings with said mod
