This mod is a part of the Modder Pass III: Call of the Ocean!
Click the banner above to see a collection of mods which all fit this theme!

For this theme we will focus on civilizations, leaders, wonders, heroes and secret societies with a nautical theme. This can mean anything from great seafarers and explorers, to civilizations that thrived thanks to the gifts of the ocean. Also thalassocracies that traded and governed through the seas, raiders and pirates, great port cities and wonders. Listen to the Call of the Ocean for it is vast and full of history.

Introducing a brand new scenario: Red Sky at Morning! Compete for naval supremacy in the Renaissance to Industrial eras!

In this scenario, you must compete with other players in three categories:
  • Number of completed shipyard buildings
  • Number of naval units trained
  • Number of coast and ocean tiles owned

The player who leads in the most of these categories at the end of 50 turns will be crowned the winner!

@fuzzle Since you're such a whizz at scenarios, I was wondering if you could make a mod that is a standalone copy of the pirate factions in the Pirates scenario?

It's a beautiful scenario! The bots fulfill the victory conditions, but are very slow in reaching the shipyards.

+ At the moment, when you hover over a scenario, only its name is displayed, not a description of the victory conditions like other scenarios.

+- Leaders with long names [example, Catherine de Medici (Magnificence)] make it hard to read who has how many shipyards and units.
