It is important to fix the zonings because you are essentially affecting other mod maps zonings. While you can have multiple zones layering each other, only one zone is considered "default" zone base on load order. That is to say you can override "townzone" and affect the loot respawn mechanism.
I suggest the people with this issue to get the map mod manager mod. This mod might seem to be SP only at first but after you go through the map mod manager menu by toggling on all the map mods you want including the bridge mod alongside said mods' dependincies, you can just export those settings into a folder from which you can add them to your server's ini file :3 nice mod btw
