充钱变强DLC - Charge money and become stronge DLC

1、新增85个物品，载具，装备，配件应有尽有，武器有模型；根据购买力分布在1-5图。旧档加载MOD后，需要等下月才能买到。
2、主要目的是提高后期的可玩性，新增物品强大但昂贵，所以我叫它充钱变强DLC；也加了不少相对便宜好用的物品降低前中期的难度。（实在懒得跑商赚钱就直接bigtablePriceConfig.csv修改价格吧）
3、本来只想做几个物品自己玩玩，然后游戏时间多了26个小时……这游戏Mod功能不够齐全还有不少问题，比如车速过快会二次进城，很多标出的物品属性不生效等等，我有些想法实现不了。说实话有点可惜这游戏内容完全可以更丰富的，制作组体量还是太小了。总之就这样吧，肝不动了。

3. I originally only wanted to create a few items to play on my own, but the game time increased by 26 hours... There are still many issues with the game's Mod features, such as the possibility of entering the city again if the speed is too fast, and many of the marked item attributes are not effective. I have some ideas that I cannot implement. To be honest, it's a pity that the game content can be more diverse, and the production team size is still too small. Anyway, that's it. The liver doesn't move anymore.
