Description
Entity (such as DRGBase or car) blocked by tool? Hit "R" to enter unrestricted mode!

"Welds" NPCs!
Uses Gmod's constraint and parent functionality to simulate welding props to NPCs.
An alternative name would be "Set Parent tool".

What is this for?
  • Machinima (custom NPC cameras)
  • Riding (seats)
  • Goofing around (toggling unrestriced mode and parenting NPCs to props / NPCs to NPCs / props to props)

I overhauled the dupe logic. It should work far better now :)
