Newspapers & Magazines - Research Fixes

Exactly what it says on the tin: this is a mod to fix research in the Newspapers & Magazines mod. (The original pre-1.5 version of N&M can be found here.)

Specifically, this adds the previously-missing AI weights, the lack of which made the AI never research the two techs added by the mod. It also removes the Rotary Printing Press prerequisite for Combustion Engines, since that seemed a little nonsensical.

This mod MUST load AFTER (i.e. be placed closer towards the bottom in your playset than) the original N&M mod.
