MannaBuildables - Containers Only

Uploaded as the original Manna Buildable Mod causes errors (other Items can`t be found because the names are missing). We just required the following two items for a private campaign.
• Container holder (lets you make fancy wall-mounted medkits)
• Crate shelves that only hold one crate (four is just too much sometimes)

All credits go to Mannatu. If she does`t want me to use the items, just a short message and I will delete it.
