FYI your unfinished destruction variants of these assets caused a game breaking bug that prevented pretty much all props placed in mapeditor from spawning in missioneditor. The developers are pushing an update that will work around this and prevent the missing bits from causing assets to not render in missioneditor, but I thought you should know so you can potentially fix it if you want/when you get the chance

Your buildings are causing some serious pathing issues for some reason. NPCs, including in vehicles, won't path around the buildings and seem to think they can just go through them
