Double Damage Crowbar (Buff Bar)

I noticed how hard it was to break vent grates in Half-Life Source maps, so i made this.
(if you didn't knew, vent grates in HL1 were coded to instantly break via crowbar)

Amplifies the damage output by any crowbar by a multiplier of 2.5. It basically reverts the damage to 25, and for stunsticks to 40 after both were nerfed by gmod to both deal 10 damage. Granted you can use the sk_ commands but shush, they don't apply to external crowbars.

ConVars:
-BuffBar_ApplyToAnything 0 | set to 1 to have the multiplier affect NPCs & Players
-BuffBar_CbarMultiplier 2.5 | damage multiplier for all crowbars
-BuffBar_CbarMultiplierVSPlayerNNPCs 2.5 | damage multiplier for all crowbars towards life
-BuffBar_StunMultiplier 4 | damage multiplier for all stunsticks
-BuffBar_StunMultiplierVSPlayerNNPCs 4 | damage multiplier for all stunsticks towards life
