GPS Radio Sender Controller

Description

Shares GPS position with other vessels by radio on the same frequency (default 645) by having each vessel only broadcast for short, randomly distributed periods.

Also Would it be possible to make a signal booster to boost range like a relay of sorts? using this to track autonomous cargo drones in career.

Am I able to set the vessel name? I feel like there should be a value for vessel name Num Out, and one for Num In to set it.
