Norman Invasion Remastered

Beskrivelse
This is a port of the original RTW BI mod Norman Invasion, a sequel to Viking Invasion 2. The version ported is NI v1.4. Additional information on the original mod below.

Over two hundred years have passed since the Viking Age of Britain portrayed in Viking Invasion II, and the Dark Ages are coming to an end. Norman Invasion starts in the year AD 1066. William, Duke of Normandy, has landed his troops at Pevensey bay and King Harold II of England has just arrived at Hastings, fresh from victory at Stamford Bridge, to hurl the Normans back into the English Channel.

As the player you can choose to take up the Fighting Man banner of Harold and defend your shores against the Norman dogs, or you can - if you really feel the need! - take up the Papal Banner of William "le Batard" and put the English firmly under the Norman yoke. You can also play as one of the three minor factions - the Welsh, Norse or Scots.

Cool concept but unfortunately extremely unbalanced, the normans spam a ridicolous amount of armies that you can't mathemathically defeat, how do you expect someone play as wales to conquer 30 regions when you're poor af and can't even field a decent army?

I was having a blast with this mod but unfortunately I have a recurrent crash in the end of 8th turn playing as the English after the end turn and before starting my turn (after rebels) :/

Yes it has a Siculo-Norman faction its epic how it was designed but unfortunately it became hard to play without cheat money even in medium difficulty, the enemy has large armies and navies while i can only field one army and have to take care that my regions don't retardely revolt
