[PHOTON] Whelen M7 Component

Whelen M7 Series component for the Photon Lighting Engine.

COMPONENT NAME: Whelen M7

The default component has 2 sections you can set the color of based off of how Whelen splits the real module.
Included by default are the following phases:

• Default(no phase)
  
• FULLA and FULLB, which alternating flash the full module.
  
• TTBA and TTBB, which alternating flash the top and bottom section of the module.
  
• IOA and IOB, which alternating flash the inner and outer sections of the module.

To color the lens, you must use submaterials. Included lens colors are Amber, Red, Blue, and Green with the related color materials located in creeper/whelen_m7/glass_{color}.

Included with the lighthead itself as BodyGroups are two flange models, glossy black plastic and chrome! To use them, simply add the following to the light module in your Vehicle's lua file:
BodyGroups = {
{1, #}
}
And replace # with 1 for the black plastic flange, and 2 for the chrome flange.
