Modern Downtown Tits...

This is a massively edited, cleaned up and optimised version of the beloved Downtown Tits! Though the map doesn't share the same look of the Tits map, the layout and most of the buildings are somewhat the same.

This was originally made for Icefuse Networks back in 2020, we have the green light to upload it to the workshop for everyone to enjoy.
