Cultural Assimilation (Update)

Have you ever wanted to roleplay a strong dynasty that sought to unite its cultural relatives only to find that you cannot form a hybrid culture with a culture of the same heritage? Well, now there is a new game rule. It should now be set to "Allow Cultural Assimilation" by default. If it is not though, you can manually change it in the game rules. This does not work with an existing save because it works with a game rule, sorry about that, but when starting a new game, go to game rules and set the cultural assimilation game rule to "Allow Cultural Assimilation." Then, you can form hybrids with cultures related to your own with the Assimilate Culture button, as long as you are on good terms with that culture. It basically works like the hybridization feature, but with related cultures. I made this for personal use, but I thought others might like it. Thank you and please enjoy.

The limitations for cultural hybridization annoy me, so I love this mod, but it sadly hasn't been updated in quite some time. Now here we are. :)

I have added a game rule so one can choose between Cultural Assimilation being available to all, just for the player (which should work but hasn't been thoroughly tested - checking for something the AI isn't doing can be tricky), or to turn it off (for those that wanna change stuff between games without having to switch mods on and off all the time).

The mod is now also compatible with Gamerules Gadget by Stik'. It is not a requirement, but if you want change the mod's rules midgame for whatever reason you can use Gamerules Gadget to do so. :)

Any mods that make changes to the same files will be incompatible. I'm willing to make patches though, if you can tell me what mods are breaking. :)
