Description

Add a relocation button to the right of the rename settlement button. Click to change the faction capital to the selected settlement, which is also valid for AI factions. You can change the faction capital to any settlement owned by this faction anytime and anywhere.
In addition, it also increases the revenue of all local buildings by 20% for the faction capital, increasing the value of the capital.

本来就该游戏本体自带的功能非要玩家来耗费精力通过制作MOD来实现。

Would it be possible to make a similar mod, but instead of changing the faction capital, it changes the faction LEADER? Mostly for minor factions, but could work for major ones? It would have a LOT of roleplaying potential, especially if you're trying to make a custom faction...
