It would be great if you could add the states added in the DLC. For example, the Union of South America does not support the states added in the DLC ToA, leaving that there non-core states that are not integrated.

Most recent updates give the ability to switch government instantly - once. This will probably be reserved for Japan and a couple of other nations who have quite unplayable communist paths.
