A pack of engine blocks for moving faster or in alternative ways.

Blocks:

-GSO Trailer Adapter-
Attach this to a tech to deactivate wheel driving and braking, making it much easier to tow around.
Also deactivates hover turning, for the fans of floating trailers.

-GeoCorp Thor Engine-
The mighty Thor Engine provides increased maximum wheel rotation, improved braking, and strengthens suspension hydraulic systems.
Developed for faster and safer transporation of heavy payloads.

-Venture Dragster Engine-
The Dragster Engine provides more traction and strength for wheels, while also increasing fuel efficiency on boosters.

-Hawkeye Firestorm Engine-
A powerful engine capable of overdriving the mechanical systems of guns in order to boost fire rate; at the cost of destabilizing projectiles and causing loss of accuracy.

-Hawkeye Tanker Engine-
Top notch military engine designed to greatly improve the performance of tank tracks. This specialized engine will adapt other kinds of wheels into tracks by locking their rotation, while also buffing them.

-Reticule Research Crab Engine-
This odd device called Crab Engine can cause an electrostatic shift in the Tech wheels' friction, causing it to bizarrely move sideways. The strafing shift can also affect tracks and skids.

For the Crab Engine remember to add strafing keybinds to your movement template, or just change it from Car to Hovercraft.
The Tanker Engine will not stack over the wheel benefits of the Thor + Dragster Engines, but you can use it as a compact alternative to both (again, only for the wheel buffs).

just got the mod, all wheels are now bugging out and jittering, especially all treads, usually they reverse left and right, and forward and backward, intermittently

The crab R&D Labs engine thing doesnt work, im in R&D Labs, with the default R&D Labs tech

@DarkTrooper When attached to a tech, it disables braking on wheels and hoverpad turning on techs to make them easier to pull around.

As for the trailer hitch situation...
There's a few old physical hitches in R&D that never really made it to the big game, I don't know of any mod that adds them into the main game pool.
There's magnetic blocks in one of the older packs that would be perfect if it they didn't have a bug that breaks them on world treadmill load.
There's that amazing Tony Rails mod that adds couplers, which are actual functional magnetic blocks, but their coupling isn't as "rigid" as the other 2.
The final option is making an imperfect physical hitch with what you got in game...
