Fading Wounds Fix

Omschrijving
You can now shine your flashlight on NPCs and ragdolls without their wounds fading/disappearing!

Small issues:
- It might cause slight performance drops while your flashlight is active and there are many NPCs/ragdolls nearby
- Wounds might not get applied to some models while you are shining the flashlight at them
- Doesn't work on live players
- May cause some visual weirdness at times
