Opis
自用mod，移除理事会内阁中的领袖全息投影特效，避免其他美化物种肖像mod的领袖曝光过度。
如果不生效，请将该mod目录中的gfx/FX/文件夹中的内容手动替换至与群星本体相同路径的文件夹中，在此之前建议备份原文件
Remove the leader hologram projection effect from Council to avoid overexposure of leaders in other anime species portrait mods
If it doesn't work,please manually replace to contents of the gfx/FX/ folder in the mod directory with a folder in the same path as the Stellaris, and it is recommended to back up the original file before that

MOD依然有效，没效果的是因为被其他MOD覆盖了，比如Dark Blue UI，你把这个MOD放在最底下即可
