Owl's Medical Mod

解説
A small mod made by me to both change a number of vanilla items and add new ones to make it so that opium doesn't cure every form of injury. Helps to vary medical while serving as a much easier and simpler alternative to the popular medical overhaul Neurotrauma.

Most notably changes:
- Bandages and Plastiseal now heal lacerations and bite marks. Bandages offer very minor laceration and bite mark healing with good bleeding and burn healing, while plastiseal works quite well for lacerations, bite marks, but especially burns and bleeding.
- Opioids still heal most damage, but much much less. Meant to keep the patient alive until other medical can be applied.

Additions:
- Forceps which are used to treat gunshot wounds, but can inflict more bullet damage, lacerations, and bleeding if the medical check is failed. Inflicts minor lacerations on success.
- Splints which are used to treat blunt force damage slowly over a period of time.
- Sutures which serve as a relatively inexpensive disposable means of quickly treating lacerations and bite injuries
- WIP Implants that can be surgically implanted into a patient
- Scalpel which is used to surgically cut open a patient for implants

The surgical system is currently a massive work in progress and includes only one current implant or procedure, which is to add subdermal armor to someone to better resist bullets.

I like ALE-ITA's idea of reworking the Glue. As a mid/late game item ingredient cost wise, its a nice way to make it powerful without it being overkill (since changing the bleed/burn heal from 100 localized to something between the 2 bandage types but applied to all body parts is a good rebalance especially for medics who need to stabilize a heavy damage case caused by those later game encounters). Otherwise if thats too much, keeping it localized still but making it a 2-3 time use durability item with reduction in effectiveness would work too if the former concept either is abit too powerful to tweak or runs into code problems.

To keep it from being spammed, the Organ damage type that normally only shows up when used without the proper skill check could still happen but weaker when applied with the right skills. Organ damage seems heal faster on its own than normal exterior damage types but slower than the trivial (except when applied quickly by Fractual bots) burns for reference.

for Antibiotic glue I remember someone modded them to be act as a full body version of a bandage, kinda like opiods were for general healing
