Better Hydroponics

Descriere
This mod completely overhauls the way hydroponics works. It balances all aspects of the available crop types realistically; from harvest, growth, and death times, to output and water consumption. It also adds 3 tiers to each crop type so that you may upgrade them, gaining increased efficiency and output thanks to advanced research, while saving on space!



But wait, there's more! Cactus and Cotton have been successfully cultivated for indoor growth and have joined the hydroponic crop types!

And if that wasn't enough; crops now visually grow in quantity between tiers! Start with a barren hydroponic bay and turn it into lush overflow!

Give your hydroponic bays the green thumb treatment! No import needed! It just works.

Each hydroponic tier (when researched) adds:
  • Efficient sprinkler design reducing water consumption rate by 25%!
  • Improved thermoregulators increasing time before plants die out by 50%!
  • Engineering advancements resulting in 50% faster harvest and clear speeds!
  • Genetic mutations reducing growth time by 25% and increasing crop output by 100%!

SAVE & LOAD after upgrading a hydroponic bay for changes to take effect.

@Letheval: Everything vanilla that has a farm can be grown indoors via these improved hydroponics, including cactus and cotton.

What are the possible cultivation with this mod, can we grow everything Wheat, cotton, greenfruit, hemp etc?

YeeYeeBoi2000: Not a fan of overhaul mods so I couldn't really tell you there, and you literally nailed why I dislike them; they lock you in to an "all or nothing" type of situation making it rather hard to have your own custom thing going, not to mention the headache of dealing with conflicts. :rfacepalm:

Is there any chance of this getting a patch for genesis? I havent tried it yet but according to the genesis page this mod is incompatible but I want to be able to grow cactus and cotton with hydroponics.
