Enter mat_specular 0 into the console. To fix the missing textures! That's also recommended,
or you can just simply use the Disabled Default Cubemap addon!

And if that didn't work, then why not try going to the Garry's Mod game directory? "Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cfg" and find the "autoexec.cfg" file, where you have to write the command "mat_specular 0

Launch Garry's Mod and open the console menu by pressing the "key:

Did any tables or chairs start to Float?
It's seeming you're using models which are out of date; I've corrected position of them in Blender, that means they're now offset. To fix it, just uninstall old version of the maps
