A set of coloraable cyberpunk styled pedestrian lightpole, spotlight & utility to light up the dark future

- (OPTIONAL) Prop anarchy and/or Procedural object : if you want to resize and move the prop on building, etc.
- (OPTIONAL) Loading screen mod : All this asset share the same texture, this mod allow to charge only once the same texture so it reduce performance impact, it's a must have mod outside this asset.

@darcula2000 Haha thanks ! Actually cyberpunk traffic light were literally one of my 1st test asset, but no longer up to my actual quality standard. Was planning redoing it but no promise will slow down until CS2 and other things to do but I might
