Açıklama
„Taking By Storm” Community Update (1.5.7)

Hello Veterans! This is first community update for Ballistic Overkill since official support ended. With these updates, we intend to make the game look and feel closer to what we expect from it as a community. All updates will be free, and updating the game this way is completely optional.

In this update, we focused on bringing the experience closer to what Ballistic had in its Facebook version, bringing back shared weapons and some classic weapon features.

This update is only for windows build of Ballistic


Update Installation

1) Move Files from "SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\296300\2949256930\BallisticOverkill 1.5.7" or "Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\296300\2949256930\BallisticOverkill 1.5.7"

2) To game folder and replace them. ("Steam\steamapps\common\Ballistic" or "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Ballistic")

3) Open the game. If version number in lower left corner is 1.5.7, update has been applied.

Additions
  • Player and character levels appear next to player's name during deathcam.

  • Automata Mask - Automata Mask can now be obtained if player has at least 1 Hearts skin in their inventory.

  • Leaderboard - We are bringing leaderboards back into game as possible. At the moment, it was only possible to add skin leaderboards, which are counted per single skin obtained (repeated ones do not count).

  • Weapon Skins - Now you can use any skin in game (even skins that have never been released). Some servers support ability to use skins that you don't have.

  • Colored nicknames - Is now possible to use colored nicknames (only works on modified servers), by editing .txt file in Ballistic\BallisticOverkill_Data\NameTag.txt

    This is Example : <color=#ff77aa>Aurora</color> <color=#000000>YoRHa</color>

Other changes
  • Restoration of Discord Rich Presence

  • TDM-FFA for server created in game

  • Updated pt_BR, ru_RU, en_US translation

  • Bloom is halved (high and medium)

  • Slightly better invisibility for Wraith and Shadow

  • Each accessory requires 1 Hearts skin

  • Wraith Woman And La Muerte invisibility has been fixed

  • Unreleased and Gold skins are now in "Legacy" category

  • Weapon on ingame HUD now show weapon icon instead of being all white

  • configItemContainer.dat is now editable (for ingame created server)(Ballistic\BallisticOverkill_Data\StreamingAssets)

  • Ability for kicking players in server created in-game now works as expected (to kick players use ./list and then ./kick)

  • playerItem_v3.dat is now in BallisticOverkill_Data folder

  • Point indicators are now smaller

  • Restored glow effect on sight dots (not to be confused with weapon sight elements)

  • Citadel - Restored transparent glass on both sides

1.5.7 don't separate players, so you can play with players who are not using 1.5.7
