Bonus: Otomo clan in original Shogun 2 Sengoku campaign didn't have voiced intro. But thanks to AI it became possible to voice it. This is the best I could do with the free tools. I think the only option to do it better would be hiring some original voice actor, if someone's willing to pay him for that and find him
