Homebrew High Elf Hero: Seralin Autumnwind

Hello everyone! Welcome to this mod of mine. This mod is a High Elf hero that I brewed up in my own head. She is designed to be an anti-infantry murder-blender with the ability to sling spells.

She is available to every High Elf faction, and can be recruited via any small settlement garrison building. I hope in the future to maybe make this a bit more dynamic and fitting with her story, but for now she will be created in a human HE player's hero pool on turn 1, and then be recruitable from any small settlement garrison you happen to construct.

I don't believe that she will currently spawn for an AI-controlled HE faction. Thus, if there is no High Elf human player, she will simply not spawn into the game.

As stated, she is an anti-infantry blender that has access to the Lore of Tempest. She is also unique among High Elf heroes in that she will also bolster her parent army's campaign movement range (something the High Elves lack). She has full line up of unique granted-at-level items that also tell her story.

Q.She's under/overpowered.
A.If you do think she is too strong or too weak, please be specific about what you think is too strong or too weak. Please don't just say "Nerf plz" or "Buff plz". I'm more than willing to tweak stats, skills and items but I need specifics.

A.I am only familiar with SFO, so the only compatibility patch that I personally will be putting out is Grimhammer.

Q.I can't get the spells or items in custom battles.
A.Yeah, I know. I wish I knew what was broken, but I can't find it.
Q.Her casting item doesn't have the right icon.
A.Yeah, I know. I've get it rigged up, but I still seem to be missing something.
