do i need this mod to make it all work or is this not needed

Would guess, that its a multiplier to the thing set in lua file? You better ask someone at official discord server about that.

i know i know, i at least was trying to find the cause, say doesn't the game itself have a temperature setting? like normal to cold to something? how would that effect project russia? and yea i get it, i am just trying to make a semi winter themed collection of mods for a group, as a sort of goodbye gift

Cant help with fixing Cryowinter - left Project Russia's team. You could try asking ALT for a fix, but he will probably say the same thing - that the map doesnt need it, since it ruins immersion

i tried that, doesn't seem to work, also deeply sorry for late response, been taking a few days to recover

This exact mod has nothing to do with cryowinter. It has exactly 0 lines of code, relating to any of PZ's weather system. I told you what does cause the issue - All features mod, which comes with Project Russia, simply because Cryowinter is not supported by the project, since it breaks lore of Project Russia. Changing mod loading priority will fix it.

ah, Thanks again. i have 1 more question, do you know why the cryowinter breaks relating to this specific mod? from the information i got other people have said that media breaks the crywinter mod so it doesn't work properly, but i will be testing later today to see why or if its true
