Portation and evolution of my Wh II woodelves mod, and much needed addition to the currently mostly unmoded wood elf faction.

It allows you not to hop on stagsbacks so much and riding some horses too.

Please don't pollute the mod if you find something not working any longer. Hitting down vote won't solve your problem, reporting will. Like anybody else, I'm a person with a life and I'm not here to keep checking the mod all time; it's only a favour I'm doing to community to keep it here.
