Resiliance is an interesting concept, but its use cases seem too limited as it only affects a very small number of marine weapons and alien abilities. Perhaps if it also boosted the amount of healing recived from all sources or something generalized like that it would be a viable pick.

I have a proposition, improvements to the technology tree specifically of the marines, since with them if behind it's many times extremely hard to push back the aliens, i think they should be able to "lower resource costs" of all the weapons, lowering them from 20 resources to 18 or 17, lower could be a bit much but even when ahead it's very expensive, other thing i thought is that there could make a choice individually between appearing with wielder already or to be able to improve a liittle the axe's damage to buildings specifically, that alone could help you feel a bit less behind.
I know this changes a bit much and honestly with your awesome balance to the Onos things get already way better.
