[Redundant] Tau Content Volume 2

The Advent to Tau and Tau Armory mods are now cooked and contain all assets formerly stored in these volumes within themselves, making these content volumes redundant and unnecessary.

The content volumes will no longer be publicly listed but I will not remove them from the workshop because this could cause some annoying missing required mod notifications on loading saves.
